The inauguration ceremony of the cadets was held
On September 14, a formal inauguration ceremony for cadets accepted into the Military Institute of the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for 2024 took place.
The ceremony began with the bringing of the Battle Flag of the Military Institute to the parade ground. A minute of silence was observed to honor the esteemed memories of Heydar Aliyev, the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people, and our martyr servicemen who lost their lives for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of our Republic. The national anthem was performed accompanied by a military orchestra.
The cadets newly admitted to the Military Institute took the military oath and promised that they would be loyal to our motherland Azerbaijan and its people, honorably protect the interests of our state, its sovereignty, territorial integrity, and independence, and would not spare their blood and lives for this.
The rector of the Military Institute, Major General Elchin Mammadov, expressed his confidence that the cadets will remain loyal to the military moment, learn military work honestly, continue and develop military traditions with honor, adequately fulfill their honorable and responsible duties, always try to be worthy of the title of officer, and always justify the confidence placed in them.
Deputy Commander of Internal Troops - chief of the Personnel Department Major General Ingilab Muradov, who attended the inauguration ceremony, conveyed congratulations and recommendations on the inauguration of Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs- Commander of the Internal Troops Lieutenant General Shahin Mammadov. In the congratulatory message, it was noted that, like all the personnel of the Internal Troops, the cadets who joined our ranks today will duly fulfill every task assigned by the successor of the great leader Heydar Aliyev School, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the victorious Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Mr. Ilham Aliyev, will strive to strengthen the ranks of the Internal Troops, will not spare their selfless service for the further strengthening of our state and statehood.
The congratulation also emphasized that the great victory of our valiant Armed Forces in the 44-day Patriotic War and anti-terrorism events under the leadership of the victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief was a bright page of our modern statehood and military history, as well as showing heroic examples of the personnel of the Internal Troops and passed a glorious battle path.
Major General I. Muradov also expressed his confidence that all cadets will be active in education and training, will acquire excellent military knowledge, will complete their training and begin to serve as trained and professional officers in the military units of the troops, will not spare their knowledge and skills for the protection, development, and progress of our state, and will walk confidently on this honorable path and achieve success.
